By accessing or using the Resuzard website ("Site") and our online resume builder services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
Resuzard provides a digital platform allowing users to input professional and educational data to generate, strictly for their personal use, formatted resumes/CVs. The Site offers both free features (subject to limitations and watermarks) and premium (Pro) subscriptions that remove limitations.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.
Premium features require a paid subscription (monthly or annual). By selecting a subscription, you agree to pay Resuzard the applicable fees. Payments are non-refundable except where legally required. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with prior notice.
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, templates, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Resuzard and its licensors. The generated PDF files containing your personal data belong to you, but the underlying template designs remain our intellectual property.
You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, mass-download, or exploit any templates, code, or assets provided by Resuzard for commercial reselling or redistribution. Attempting to bypass limits on the free tier using unauthorized methods is strictly prohibited.
